Kravet’s Social Media Panel Discussion…

It is often commented on by bloggers, how through blogging, it has expanded their friends, acquaintances and resources…

and Tuesday’s event by Kravet was a perfect testament to those comments.  My circle of acquaintances and friends greatly increased as a result of my involvement in blogging and being a part of the Kravet panel discussion.

Left to right… me,  with Paloma Contreras of La Dolce Vita,  Lauren Haskett of Material Girls, Karen Davis of Karen Davis Design, and Beth Kimless Greene, VP of Marketing and Communications for Kravet

It was great to see Maryanne from Beadboard UpCountry there for support
(you can see her gorgeous red hair in the back row, second from left!)

As a thank you for our participation, each panelist was given a copy of  their book “Inspired Styles”

INSPIRED STYLES  is Kravet’s first ever coffee table book…

"SHOWCASES THE TALENT AND VISION OF SEVENTEEN GIFTED ARTISTS OF INTERIOR DESIGN.
ITS PERSONAL ACCOUNTS AND STUNNING IMAGES WILL MAKE THIS BOOK AN ESSENTIAL DESIGN RESOURCE –
AND A COFFEE TABLE CENTERPIECE. KRAVET COLLECTIONS...ASSEMBLING GIFTED DESIGNERS WHO CHANGE THE WAY WE SEE THE WORLD."

The fun did not stop there…  the day continued into the night with drinks and a fabulous dinner at Houston’s restaurant RDG + Bar Annie…

enjoyed with members of the Kravet “family” and a few other Houston area interior designers, whom I had not met before... blogging with benefits!
